Aim: Conscious, regular sports for people to enjoy the opportunities that leisure sports offer. The main part of the training is the development of the components of physical fitness-muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, speed.
In addition to developing physical abilities, it also provides an opportunity to develop your personality. During Fitt Training® workouts, you can improve your skills, your muscles and your general well-being. Workouts aim for versatile, full movement of the body without performance centricity.
The development of strength takes place only to the “optimal” extent, which does not mean maximum muscle development, but the improvement of a harmonious structure of the body, which aims to achieve and maintain an aesthetic, symmetrical, and proportionate physique.
Endurance work is done mainly to improve muscle metabolism, primarily by doing cyclic sports, e.g. running, swimming, speed walking, etc. the intensity is goal-oriented, it does not exceed 45-50 minutes, and “well-being” should be sought.
Within Fitt Training®, the goal is to expand the range of motion of the joints. In order to develop and maintain our mobility, we keep the joint mobility, the reasonable development of the joint range of motion, and the goal to be achieved with muscle extensibility and flexibility in mind. In order to reach flexibility, we will do gymnastic exercises, including stretching.
The aim of the training is to increase the performance, to keep the achieved level of performance, not to genetically determined limits, but to achieve well-being, and create a pleasant and healthy physical condition. The aim of the training is to achieve optimal physical and mental ability in everyday life.
In order to reach this aim, you need at least three weekly workouts. The duration of one workout is usually 45-90 minutes, and the intensity of the sessions is between 50- 80%, also maintaining the feeling of pleasure and happiness. The results depend on your individual motivations and your health condition. What I can promise is change and not perfect healing!

Before we start working together I will ask you some questions about your current health status and about the events that have affected your health status in the past.
I will take some measurements, like body composition, body circumference and if you are chronically ill, the blood pressure and blood sugar measurements before and after every training session.
I will also check your general health condition.
I will determine the appropriate training load for you to develop strength and endurance.
If we know the right level of your workouts we can start the work.
The first session is free and it is about 60 - 70 minutes long.
We start the workouts with a warm-up, which takes 12 - 15 minutes, depending on your physical fitness. We will use cardio machines, such as treadmill, elliptic trainer, step machine, etc.
Then we continue the training with the main part, focusing on the aim of the training. To develop strength we use dumbbells and strength development machines as well.
I prefer to start the workouts with the upper body and then continue with the lower body, but occasionally we start with the legs. :)
Before we start to work on your legs, you will use cardio machines again to prevent any injuries in your joints. It takes 6 - 8 minutes.
Of course, you will also do some stretching exercises between the sets.
You will only do exercises you can do, so it doesn’t feel uncomfortable and you feel comfortable with.
The last exercises are on your abdominals: you will do 2-3 different exercises, about 4 or 5 sets of each.
At the end of the session, we will finish with stretching.
When you come to my training make sure you wear comfortable, flexible clothes and shoes and also bring water and a towel.

A training session lasts 60-90 minutes.
I will explain and show you the exercises and let you work. If I can see a mistake that could lead to injury, I will tell you and correct it. You have to watch and control the exercise, this is what I teach you. We are cheerful, but we have discipline.
The exercises are demanding, you feel muscle pain but you can do it. Chronic patients’ training is less strenuous, with the amount of exertion determined by their pre-exercise condition, blood pressure, blood glucose levels and severity of other existing medical conditions.
Yes, I train my clients under medication and medical supervision as well.
In most cases yes, but you should get a specialist opinion on the cause.

You can take part in my training with 4 and 10-class pre-paid passes (workout time 70-90 minutes). You can pay for the pass by bank transfer before the training. I will issue an invoice for the season ticket, which I will send by e-mail.
4-class pass is valid for 6 weeks.
For newbies, habitual change initial advice
It includes: one free 60 minutes consultation,
health check, 4x70 minutes sessions, nutrition advice
10-class pass is valid for 8 weeks.
The validity period of the pass starts at the first training session and lasts until the last day of the sixth and eighth week. Due to illness, one occasion may be transferred to the next period. It includes: - free consultation, nutrition advice, for pros who do my trainings regularly, individual attention of a coach, personalized trainings.
You can cancel the training 24 hours before the given time. Of course, I try to be as flexible as possible to your individual needs, and we can look for another date within the 6 and 8 week periods, respectively.
Cancellations for trainings within 24 hours must be paid for, so it will be deducted from your pre-paid pass. These rules do not apply if you are ill.
If you are unable to show up for your workout on time, unfortunately I will not be able to extend your workout with the delay.
