The aim of the training is to increase performance, keep the achieved level of performance, also maintain the feeling of pleasure and happiness.
After a fitness assessment, we work with your individual training plan, focusing on your physical and mental characteristics.
Training sessions are held at a time that suits you best
The direction of your progress is visible and can be measured by a decrease in body fat percentage, weight, BMI, and girth, as well as favourable lab values. We are not changing the world in the three months!

A fully personalized program based on the experience and results of 20 years of sports coaching
t takes one or two training sessions before I can determine which exercises will be appropriate for your current state of health to develop your physical abilities.
You make up your own plan based on your daily routine according to your taste and I am just suggesting what is worthwhile, but you have to pay attention to the quantity!
First, I will ask you about your health, your exercising habits, what motivates and inspires you and what doesn’t. If you have lab results, don’t forget to bring them.
I will make sure you don’t get injured during the training. I teach you and supervise the correct execution of exercises.
