How I Work

We start with a friendly conversation and a light health check. From there, I create a personalized training plan tailored to your physical condition, health needs, and mental readiness. I consider whether you have a sedentary lifestyle, are over 40, or have health challenges such as fatty liver disease, insulin resistance, or high blood pressure.

My programs are designed to:

  • Support safe exercise for chronic conditions
  • Help with medication reduction through lifestyle changes (where possible and in collaboration with your doctor)
  • Improve your fat-to-muscle ratio and overall fitness
  • Teach you sustainable, enjoyable ways to stay active

This is not just about workouts—it’s about learning new habits and practicing them until they become second nature. We replace outdated routines with healthier ones, focusing on low-impact exercise programs, joint-friendly strength training, and correct form.

We’ll use resistance bands, dumbbells, and gym machines to strengthen your body safely. Each session is progressive, challenging enough to make you stronger, but never to the point of exhaustion. Exercise should energize you, not leave you gasping for breath.

My Philosophy

I believe that exercise is a source of joy. It should make you feel alive, proud, and pleasantly tired, not drained. My role is to keep you motivated, guide you through setbacks, and help you rediscover the healthier, happier version of yourself that’s still there, just waiting to come out.

My Background

A few years ago, I started completing my PhD researching health promotion through recreational sports.
Currently, I hold an MSc in Fitness and Bodybuilding (from Hungarian University of Sport Science) and have decades of experience as a fitness, bodybuilding, and aerobic coach in both team and gym settings.

I’ve completed 16 marathons and several ultra-marathons, and my sports background includes athletics and long-distance running. This personal experience gives me deep insight into endurance, discipline, and mindset — all of which I share with my clients.

The “side effect” of training with me? You’ll naturally start living a sporty, active lifestyle — and you’ll love it.

Background & Expertise


I’m a certified fitness and bodybuilding trainer  (MSc), currently completing my PhD in health promotion with a focus on leisure sports. My athletic background includes long-distance running, 16 marathons, and ultra-marathons. I’ve coached teams, taught in gyms, and now lead Fitt Training, where I combine science-based methods with real-world experience to get my clients lasting results.
