Pedig a menopauza alatt \u00e9s ut\u00e1n<strong> l\u00e1tv\u00e1nyosan n\u0151<\/strong> a betegs\u00e9g kialakul\u00e1s\u00e1nak kock\u00e1zata, \u00e9s ez nem egy v\u00e9letlenszer\u0171 jelens\u00e9g \u2013 j\u00f3l ismert \u00e9lettani folyamatok \u00e1llnak m\u00f6g\u00f6tte.<br>Az al\u00e1bbiakban k\u00f6z\u00e9rthet\u0151en v\u00e9gigvessz\u00fck, mi\u00e9rt n\u00f6vekszik a rizik\u00f3, \u00e9s milyen edz\u00e9sprogram seg\u00edt a legt\u00f6bbet ebben az \u00e9lethelyzetben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mi\u00e9rt n\u0151 a zs\u00edrm\u00e1j (MASLD) kock\u00e1zata menopauz\u00e1ban?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A jelens\u00e9g h\u00e1tter\u00e9ben t\u00f6bb t\u00e9nyez\u0151 \u00e1ll, de a legfontosabb a hormon\u00e1lis v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1s, els\u0151sorban az \u00f6sztrog\u00e9n cs\u00f6kken\u00e9se. Az \u00f6sztrog\u00e9n ugyanis nem csup\u00e1n a n\u0151i ciklust szab\u00e1lyozza: v\u00e9di az anyagcser\u00e9t, jav\u00edtja az inzulin\u00e9rz\u00e9kenys\u00e9get, m\u00e9rs\u00e9kli a gyullad\u00e1st \u00e9s t\u00e1vol tartja a zsigeri zs\u00edrt. Amikor a szintje lecs\u00f6kken, ezek a v\u00e9d\u0151hat\u00e1sok egyszerre t\u0171nnek el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ha az \u00f6sztrog\u00e9nszint lecs\u00f6kken:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>romlik az inzulin\u00e9rz\u00e9kenys\u00e9g \u2192 <strong>inzulinrezisztencia<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fokoz\u00f3dik a hasi zs\u00edrrakt\u00e1roz\u00e1s \u2192 \u201ealma t\u00edpus\u00fa\u201d elh\u00edz\u00e1s,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a m\u00e1j t\u00f6bb zs\u00edrt halmoz fel \u2192 <strong>gyakoribb MASLD<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A helyzetet tov\u00e1bb s\u00falyosb\u00edtja n\u00e9h\u00e1ny, \u00e9letkorral \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u0151 \u00e9lettani v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1s. Az alapanyagcsere term\u00e9szetes lassul\u00e1sa \u00e9s az izomt\u00f6meg cs\u00f6kken\u00e9se olyan h\u00e1tt\u00e9rfolyamatok, amelyek szinte \u00e9szrev\u00e9tlen\u00fcl teszik nehezebb\u00e9 a tests\u00falykontrollt. A szervezet val\u00f3ban kevesebb energi\u00e1t \u00e9get el, mik\u00f6zben egyre hajlamosabb zs\u00edrt rakt\u00e1rozni, k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen a hasi ter\u00fcleten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A menopauza alatt gyakran jelentkez\u0151 v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sok k\u00f6z\u00fcl h\u00e1rom k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen kedvez a m\u00e1j elzs\u00edrosod\u00e1s\u00e1nak:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>lassul\u00f3 anyagcsere, amely megnehez\u00edti a tests\u00faly megtart\u00e1s\u00e1t,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fokoz\u00f3d\u00f3 hasi zs\u00edrfelhalmoz\u00f3d\u00e1s, amely gyullad\u00e1st \u00e9s inzulinrezisztenci\u00e1t okoz,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>izomveszt\u00e9s, amely rontja a cukor- \u00e9s zs\u00edranyagcser\u00e9t.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mit tehet\u00fcnk a zs\u00edrm\u00e1j ellen?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A menopauza idej\u00e9n k\u00e9t edz\u00e9st\u00edpusnak van kiemelked\u0151 szerepe. Az egyik a <strong>k\u00f6zepes intenzit\u00e1s\u00fa aerob mozg\u00e1s<\/strong>, amely seg\u00edti a zsigeri zs\u00edr cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9s\u00e9t (ak\u00e1r 30-40 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kkal!) \u00e9s stabiliz\u00e1lja a v\u00e9rcukrot. A gyors s\u00e9ta, a bicikliz\u00e9s, a szobabringa vagy az \u00fasz\u00e1s k\u00f6nnyen be\u00e9p\u00edthet\u0151 a mindennapokba, \u00e9s heti 150\u2013200 perc m\u00e1r \u00e9rezhet\u0151 v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1st hoz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e1sik kulcselem az <strong>er\u0151s\u00edt\u0151 edz\u00e9s<\/strong>, amely k\u00e9pes lass\u00edtani az izomveszt\u00e9st, s\u0151t \u00faj izomt\u00f6meget \u00e9p\u00edteni. Az izom ugyanis akt\u00edv sz\u00f6vet: min\u00e9l t\u00f6bb van bel\u0151le, ann\u00e1l hat\u00e9konyabban haszn\u00e1lja fel a test a gl\u00fck\u00f3zt \u00e9s a zs\u00edrsavakat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Az er\u0151s\u00edt\u0151 edz\u00e9s legfontosabb el\u0151nyei menopauz\u00e1ban:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>n\u00f6veli az izomt\u00f6meget, \u00edgy gyors\u00edtja az anyagcser\u00e9t,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jav\u00edtja az inzulin\u00e9rz\u00e9kenys\u00e9get,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cs\u00f6kkenti a m\u00e1j zs\u00edrtartalm\u00e1t,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hossz\u00fa t\u00e1von seg\u00edt megel\u0151zni az es\u00e9sb\u0151l vagy csontritkul\u00e1sb\u00f3l ad\u00f3d\u00f3 probl\u00e9m\u00e1kat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ezek a hat\u00e1sok egy\u00fctt t\u00e1mogatj\u00e1k azt a bels\u0151 egyens\u00falyt, amelyre a menopauza id\u0151szak\u00e1ban k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen nagy sz\u00fcks\u00e9g van.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ehhez azonban t\u00e1rsul egy <strong>negyedik,<\/strong> <strong>gyakran al\u00e1becs\u00fclt t\u00e9nyez\u0151<\/strong> is: az<strong> \u00edz\u00fcletek terhelhet\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9nek roml\u00e1sa<\/strong>!<br>A menopauza ut\u00e1n cs\u00f6kken az \u00edz\u00fcleti folyad\u00e9k mennyis\u00e9ge \u00e9s a porcfelsz\u00ednek rugalmass\u00e1ga, mik\u00f6zben a tests\u00falyn\u00f6veked\u00e9s sokszor \u00e9ppen a t\u00e9rdet, cs\u00edp\u0151t \u00e9s bok\u00e1t terheli t\u00fal. A szervezet ilyenkor nemcsak az anyagcser\u00e9vel k\u00fczd, hanem azzal is, hogy a mozg\u00e1sra val\u00f3 k\u00e9sztet\u00e9s f\u00e1jdalomba \u00fctk\u00f6zhet. Ezt az\u00e9rt fontos l\u00e1tni, mert ha az edz\u00e9s f\u00e1jdalmat okoz, a legt\u00f6bben abbahagyj\u00e1k \u2014 \u00e9s a zs\u00edrm\u00e1j, illetve a m\u00e1j zs\u00edrtartalma ezzel egy\u00fctt fokoz\u00f3dni kezd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9ppen ez\u00e9rt menopauz\u00e1ban nemcsak az <strong>sz\u00e1m\u00edt<\/strong>, <strong>hogyan edz\u00fcnk<\/strong>, hanem az is, hogy <strong>milyen \u00e1llapotban vannak az \u00edz\u00fcleteink<\/strong>. A mozg\u00e1sprogram akkor lesz fenntarthat\u00f3, ha nem csak a m\u00e1jat \u00e9s az izmokat vessz\u00fck figyelembe, hanem az \u00edz\u00fcletek terhelhet\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9t is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A j\u00f3 h\u00edr az, hogy az edz\u00e9snek l\u00e9tezik olyan form\u00e1ja, amely k\u00edm\u00e9li az \u00edz\u00fcleteket, m\u00e9gis hat\u00e9kony anyagcsere-jav\u00edt\u00f3 hat\u00e1ssal j\u00e1r. A le\u00edrt aj\u00e1nl\u00e1s els\u0151sorban <strong>kezd\u0151knek<\/strong>, illetve \u00fajrakezd\u0151knek sz\u00f3l.
