That\u2019s a huge step forward, and you should be proud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But here\u2019s the truth: if you want to see real changes \u2014 especially after 40, and particularly if you\u2019re dealing with <strong>type 2 diabetes<\/strong>, <strong>fatty liver disease (FLD)<\/strong>, or musculoskeletal issues \u2014 it\u2019s not enough to simply \u201cmove.\u201d The <strong>quality<\/strong> of your training matters just as much as the fact that you\u2019re doing it. Over time, your body gets used to it, and it becomes the sign that you\u2019re developing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Safe and Effective \u2013 Especially With Chronic Illness<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For people <strong>training with chronic illness<\/strong> \u2014 whether it\u2019s managing <strong>type 2 diabetes<\/strong>, using exercise therapy for <strong>fatty liver disease<\/strong>, or improving symptoms of metabolic syndrome \u2014 safety is non-negotiable.<br>&nbsp;A good trainer will personalize your workout to make sure you\u2019re getting enough stimulus without risking injury or overload.
